Purchased a Grosche Milano Stovetop Espresso Maker Moka Pot (6cup), a RATRSO Automatic Milk Frother, a Boly Burr Coffee Grinder and 3 bags of coffee beans: Ethical Bean Coffee – Sweet Espresso Medium Dark Roast, Kicking Horse Coffee – Cliff Hanger Espresso, and Lavazza Espresso – Crema E Aroma
I have made several attempts. All but the first try worked out very well.
I used a # 15 grind and the resulting brew tasted gross, but then I topped it up with additional hot water, basically making it an Americano, then it tasted alright.
Next, I changed the grind to a #12, and it was much better; all subsequent uses of the Moka Pot have been done with a #12 grind
Coffee maker – Grosche Moka pot
Brand of coffee – Lavazza Espresso
